Iron Mountain Trail

This spectacular trail follows the routes of former tramways, inclines and footpaths of the industrial landscape.  The Blorenge mountain is the highest section.  There is a cut-off point after 7 miles before the trail leads to Blaenavon and the Lamb & Fox at Pwll Du.  Some rough terrain and a steep ascent.
